Default Re: A3 US sales numbers

It's been approx 600 a month...need to do better than this IMHO. Not sure what the forecast was, but I was hoping for more like 1500 a month.

Without a core 2.0T quattro model sales will remain WELL below expectations

Default you could always strap a turbocharger onto the VR6 and call it a day.

that ought to be potent enough to liberate your license from your cold dead fingers.

Default Depending on source, it sounds like AoA was expecting to sell

between 7000 to 10,000 cars in the first year.

Default its on audiworlds home page 3422 year to date

I saw 6000 - 9000 annually (somewhere) , so about 6 months in to it, Id say they are on track

https://www.audiworld.com/news/05/100405/</a

Default Look at chart on homepage - A3 making up for TT?

Without the A3 sales, numbers would be way down for Audi on a year over year basis. Seems that the TT sales are tanking this year.

Interesting. So some silver lining at least. Audi has to know that most people are going to be on the fence and move up to an A4 with the price being so close and North American preference for a trunk.
