Audi doesn't have a wiring harness to support that configuration. Because Bi-Xenons also have dedicated DRLs, additional wiring is required. If Audi never sourced the appropriate harness from its supplier, that would be a stopper. Any orders that slipped through with S+C+Bi-X could be filled by doing some custom wiring.
Apparently, because the Premium package includes the Convenience package, they anticipated the Bi-Xenon requirements and have a harness for that configuration.

Palms were greased... My dealer had the factory rep force the options through. They went through a bit of trouble to do so but in the end, the order was accepted and built 09/05.

Might be expensive but why not order the A3 2.0 with Sport, Connivance, and Halogens and have the Adaptive Xeons installed aftermarket? This gives you Adaptive Xeons on the 2.0. I was thinking about doing this.
