A4 2.o FronTrak to A3 3.2 Quattro
<center><img src="http://www.mjposner.com/a4/img0.gif"></center><p>Not happy with the fwd of my A4 so I was thinking of switching to a dsg 3.2 Anyone make this switch and is it worth it.

You pay an unnecessary premium for AWD with the A3(3.2).
As much as I like my A3, I regret not getting an A4 Avant(2.0)w/quattro. The A3(3.2) is just as heavy, gets worse gas mileage, and actually cost the same(if not more) than a similarly equipped A4 Avant(2.0).
After the A3, I'll never get another DSG equipped car again. I've had no problems with DSG; I just prefer a manual transmission.

A3 3.2 much sportier
I switched from an A4 Q to an A3 3.2Q. Definitely an upgrade. better handling, responsiveness, DSG alone is worth getting an A3 or TT for. I don't think I can go back and drive an automatic.
Only thing I miss was that sweet turbo whistle...
