Default AlexTTQ....Question...

On the post when you mentioned the Multitronic on the 2.0T order sheet is DSG and you had this confirmed, are you correct?

I spoke with my dealer and some one else that says initally the 2.0T FWD will be Multitroic (or CVT), No DSG yet.

This info clashes with what some mags are posting, and also what you heard, but it does line up with the Order Sheet....

So what is it, DSG or Multitroic (CVT)?

Default Good to hear.

Why did Audi put Multitronic on the Spec sheet? Multitronic is the CVT Tranny.

Default Sorry it took so long to reply.

It will be DSG!
It was a mistake from Audi of America.
I got confirmation from one ofthe guys at corporate.
No worries there!

Not sure though once the Quattro comes out on the 2.0 if it will have a DSG or Tip; most likely it will be DSG as well.
