I'll try to post some pics when it arrives.

My A3 is scheduled to arrive the week of March 27th. It might take a week or two before I have a chance to install it.

I might try trim black-out tape. Matte black, removable, and from experience with pinstriping tape (same material), it stays stuck forever.
Plus, the grille/bumper doesn't have to be removed.
Only downside is the corners. I may not be able to stretch the tape around them..
