Default opinions are like..

i prefer to leave the car as is. IMO, if you don't like the way the car looks from the factory, why are you buying it? i like the "open mouf" look. if someone was going to paint anything, i would paint the middle piece, but leave the outer chrome trim. i don't think it looks good to paint red over where the chrome once was.

and i don't like that euro one. it makes it look like every other car out there. it takes away that standout-ish new Audi look.

Default the hood seems like it needs to be changed also, the Corporate grill frame eats into the hood more

the old design.. the curvature of the two grill frames are different.

Default Side marker lights?

I just noticed the US model seems to have lights at the ends of the ribs.
If you left them off the new cover, does the car have a dead bulb alert system that will complain?
Or, how much trouble would it be to re-mount them on the 04 bumper?

Default Re: Side marker lights?

You could probably join the 2 wires together or simply tap into headlight turn signal. Not sure how would it be to integrate it in Euro bumper.

Default IMHO Depends very much on colour and other mods. Looks great on stock

cars in some shades, but some colours need a little contrast - or at least lowering and special wheels to make the overall effect look tied together.

Thanks to Waggin for doing that.

Default Why don't you just paint the filler plate.. try that out in Photoshop.. it might look good.

Yes you need new hood, and front bumper with new grill, the openning for grill is wider,

1x hood,
1x bumper
1x grill
