Default I spoke with the rep at the Cleveland Auto Show which had one on display and they

stated that Quattro will be available on the 2.0 but not initially. Not sure if they knew what they were talking about though.

Default The people at AoA specifically stated it wasnt

to the dealers in CA. Not sure when the Cleveland Autoshow was, but things obviously have changed sense then, or it was a misinformed dealer. I would tend to believe whats comming out of the big wigs mouth during dealer testing for the new car.

Default Okay, but are you sure they were talking about the entire A3 run, or just MY2006?

I still think that I'll be able to get a 2.0T quattro beginning with MY2007.

Default nice words, guess I'm more of an old school....if no clutch pedal...

and no stick shift, then it's not a true MT.

Guess I like the old school rather than the new trend, just a preference.

Default actually i agree...

just pulling strings... I'd much rather have a manual clutch. It gives you more of a connection with the car. But at this point, i'm not believing much of anything as far as what's going to be available. Just going to wait until the car is released.

Default right with ya, if the quattro doesn't come in the 2.0T...

then I guess I'll go FWD, because the 3.2 will not have that option (why, tell me why).

But if the 2.0 does come with it, 6 months later, then I'll wait. But seeing I'v never had quattro, I don't know what I'm missing
