Default Anyone know contact info for AOA upper management? I need to send them a 'candy-gram' A3 MIA 27+days

Sorry if you are seeing this again from other Audi Sites, I really need to get to the bottom (or top) of Audis incompetent handling of a Valve Body that I have been waiting since May 31st. My new A3 3.2 w/4904 miles has been sitting at the dealer with nothing being done to it at this point for 27 straight days. I have repeatedly called the customer advocates and have yet to have something done, other than providing info that it should be here by this day then this day etc. No one has given me any type of explaination other than ' you know that customs is tougher after 9-11' . I can get a new car shipped from Germany in the amount of time that I have been waiting for this part.

So I can go on... but what I'd really appreciate would be if anyone knows any specific people that I could contact in the upper management to try to make sure that something like this does not happen to another person. Any address or email or phone numbers.

Also if others have had this type of disservice, let me know, and Ill pass it along as well.

Default Thanks for the info..

it seems that the customer advocates are only the go between the dealer and the customer. I am not having problems with the dealer, but with AUDI. They have yet to tell me information without saying they have to research it, then telling me its coming, then its not. The most messed up part of it is that they really don't know where the part is coming from. Or at least over the 5 or 6 conversation I've had with them, and asked them for this, they have not told me, which makes me believe that they don't know. They don't know how it is being shipped. They don't have a tracking number. They told me on June 16th that the part has cleared the system, meaning its in transit, again they couldn't tell me from where. Or where it is now, but that it wasn't whereever anymore but now in between, expected to arrive at worst case by Friday the 23rd... Nope.

I will call the Auburn hills number, thank you for that, do you know who might be in charge of customer relations.. the name I am coming up with is either Jeff Kuhlman ( chief communications officer)just appointed on June 2nd - maybe his appointment has delayed my part... too much partying. Another name is Andrew Lipman (east coast public relations manager)- I live on the east coast.

I will also write a letter to Johan, I know he won't get it, but maybe some one will who sees what a stupid event this has been.

Thanks for the help

Default Do report to customer relations, as this will give you a case file to which you can refer to in

future communications. Yes, Jeff seems to be the new head honcho, although I don't know how much he'll be able to help at this early date. AoA has just undergone a massive management change recently, and I can imagine that is going to affect you situation for better or worse. I would send a letter to Joahn and cc the dealer principle (dealer owner - find out who that is) and GM (general manager).
