Anyone opposed to chipping? Reasons?

1. The stock diverter valve will fail eventually.
2. The crank case recirculation valve will fail and leak boost into the crank case and blow oil out the oil cap.

You won't miss what you never had. But if any of your parts fail, subconciously you will attribute that to the chip, and that will distract you from enjoying the car.
