288mm for 2,0FSI/TDI/TFSI, 345mm for 3,2.
255mm at the back, at least in my 2,0 FSI. Anyway, I don't know how big brakes 1,6 w/ or w/o FSI has, they're smaller than the rest of the range anyway.
