I do no know if region representative is the correct title.

I just had a second EPS sensor replaced and feel that Audi should have covered the cost. The first sensor was replaced under warranty and was replaced in April 2007. I know this is outside Audi's 12k/12 month warranty.

I asked the parts manager at my dealership and he said that three of these sensors have been replaced since April of 2007, two of them in my car (the sensor is also used in the Q7 and TT). The dealership said they looked for a possible cause for the repeat failure, ABS module, but could find something else causing the failure.

Audi of America was not much help, they said they would contact the dealer's maintenance manager to speak with me, but I have yet to be contacted by the maintenance manager.
