Hi everyone.

First post here, I’ve only just got my 2012 A3 Sportback and I really want to fit CarPlay to the car.

I bought one of the units and fitted it as per instructions but the sound was insanely tinny, it seems like it’s not using the Subwoofer in the car at all. I couldn’t live with the downgrade in sound quality so I’ve pulled it out and refitted the original Audi Concert system but this brings me on to my question.

Is there a CarPlay retrofit for my car which supports sending audio to the sub because I don’t want to use a system that doesn’t use the Sub. I don’t have the Bose System in my car afaik.
