Audi Connect Issues / Outage
Hi all - I have a new RS3 and only have partial services available through Audi connect & the My Audi app. I have lock/unlock and stolen car locator available, but geofence / valet alert / speed alert options all say ‘not available due to missing licenses’, and remote start is not even an option. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and when I try to use my VIN and 10-digit code I received at the dealer, I get errors saying the primary user already exists. In the ‘add my audi” section of the app, it shows a check next to “identity confirmed” but the section that says “connect my Audi and use connect services” is greyed out.
I called the service line and they said there is a large computer outage in Germany affecting many MY2024 cars including mine, and that the issue may take 2-3 weeks to solve. my.audi.com seems to be down as well.
is anyone else experiencing this, and have you found any workarounds?

I didn’t get the tech package on my 2024 A3 so that’s the way mine came. Just for the heck i subscribed for one month of enhanced navigation. I now have all the missing features and more., vitural cockpit and more. News, weather, multiple display options. I love it, just not sure worth $66 per month
