Default Well, they certainly aren't going to admit it now that Audi is dropping it. Great marketing

opportunity for them, and they would be crazy not to make the most of it even if they drop inclusive maintenance 6 months from now. It will leave a lingering impression in the general public's mind that will remain long after the program is gone.

Got to hand it to BMW - their marketing dept is second to none! And has been that way for years.

Default The cars are good - at least they used to be until recently. But then other car makers have built

cars that easily match BMW, but without the right consistent marketing, they haven't gone nearly so far (or have folded). BMW's marketing dept is pure genius combined with good cars. It's all about the spin ;-P
