over the last 4 years I have had 2
2.0 Turbo diesel Quattro A3 cars....(140 HP). Great power...great gas mileage!!! and great low end torque! If you get a chance to check out a diesel....DO IT

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a diesel, but nobody is offering one in a package I want.
And it's going to be a some time(if ever), before something will be available in the U.S.
