Get the launch down and you'll be in the solid 14s no problem
Your first couple of 60fts were not that great. the 2.4 was much better and as you can see it really helped the time.
With practice I'd suspect 14.5 at roughtly 95mph or so on a stock DSG with full interior.
Next time try using the parking brake instead fo power braking.. If you hold the gas and the brake pedal too long it will kill the throttle. There are ways around this that require basically cutting power from the brake switch to the ECM.. but its only for the track as it disables your brake lights (at least how people have been doing it on 1.8ts)
Practice on the street by putting up the parking brake an reving it up see if it will hold without the tires spinning.. Then slowly drop it down, learn the magically release point where the car starts moving but doesn't bog or doesn't spin right off the line. A few people with tip/Auto golf jettas have really gotten some good 60 foots using this method. Even some manual people got it down, just takes some practice.
I"d probably shift manually and keep ESP off.

Wow, I think that's a tad optimistic.
I can't imagine shaving nearly a full second off by getting 60' times down. Perhaps a combination of a lot of things might shave a half second, but a full second just seems out of reach bone stock right now.

FWIW: in the data panel for Road & Track's test, they said they left ESP on & mashed it in sport mode. Apparently a lot of wheel spin, but once the ESP controlled it, it must have hooked up pretty well(0-60 6.4, 14.9 with a 94.8 trap). Once I get mine to the track, I'll give this method a shot.
