Hi,
Has anyone used Bexley Audi for servicing\repairs?
I need to get a few things done and I am after some feedback before I part with my cash!
Failing that, does anyone know of a good independent specialist in the Kent\Essex area?
Many thanks

I'd like to nominate Hatfield Audi in Hertfordshire a happy 90% rating on customer service, but still room for improvement. One annoying feature which I would say about any of the dealers is the time it takes to get hold of someone sometimes. London dealers are the worst! Even when I first tried to buy my new A3 the London dealers kept ignoring me. I eventually managed to find a dealer willing to sell me a brand new A3 from the far north of Hertfordshire. CRAZY stuff!
Standard average service should end up to be around 350GBP and if still in warranty they should look around the car for anything that will need replacing for free, like they did at Hatfield. Also thrown in was a car wash and hoover inside regardless of weather. Courtesy car was a brand new A4 avant s-line. Thank you Hatfield!

Thanks for the reply, glad you've got a decent main dealer close by. - Unfortunately they are too far for me!
Think maybe I will give Bexley a go
