Blank buttons on 09 A3. What are normally in place of the three blanks to the right of the hazard...

Default Picture on Audi's website shows a sliding card drawer instead of the three button knockouts.

If you had magnetic suspension, I'd assume that one of the spaces would be used for that.

Default garage door controller? I remember seeing a button for that.

mine is with rectangular buttons have the cardholder on the other side (though I use it for coins), reckon it's the cupholder for america bound cars.

Default funny ;-) Could care less about the cup holder, I hold Audi interiors to a higher standard

then to have a large area of the dash consumed by fake buttons. One here or there is ok but three in a row...

1. forward missile launch (for traffic)
2. passenger eject (requires OpenSky)
3. rear oil slick (for cops)

Those are extra though.

Default With Magnetic Ride, they needed up to 4 buttons so they 86'ed the cardholder.....

and replaced it with blanks.

oh wait...maybe that's the reason why american cars are so much cheaper.

U.S. models have cupholders where the Euro console has the cigarette lighter....
