its one of the next generation BT handsfree sets which downloads the SIM data and then turns off the mobile completely. In this case the BT in the car is virtually a complete phone without a SIM card. But that requires a new BT profile on the mobile which supports this.

The real Q is...Can the dealer add it to pre wk 22 cars?

The can take your order, and hold your spot...then submit it not to be built till after 22.

Do not assume that BT will begin production week 22; it has been delayed on the A4 until the fall.
