Bluetooth reset - anyone done this?

I just replaced a Motorola cell phone with a Treo that I've set up to the Audi Bluetooth... my complaint is that the text on the dashboard no longer says, for instance:
home
555-1212
It now shows:
home /
And then a subsequent screen that shows:
5551212
This happened once before when I got a Sony phone as a rental while my Motorola was in for repair. I noticed a difference in the display then as well.
Any way that I can reset the Bluetooth so that the Audi recognizes my Treo as the "primary" phone? I get the feeling that if I set up the Treo when I first bought the car, it would look the same on the dash as before.
This is, obviously, more irritating than anything. The phone still functions fine...

folder to store names and numbers? For example, Joe Smith/Home, Joe Smith/Work?
The BT unit does the same thing with my AT&T 8525 with Windows Mobile on it.
