Brakes Squealing

Brakes Squealing
I replaced pads with PBR Deluxe pads. Now when I slow to a stop they squeal. If I brake hard they do not. I put that anti-squeal paste on the back of them during installation. Any ideas? Oh and I did not replace rotors.
