that doesn' make much sense at all.
also warranty would depend on audi knowing.. they would never see the title...
it does sound like they were damaged on a lot and therefore techincally audi still owned themso they probably would know..
A3 is a good deal... the two S4s... awesome deals.

damage to right side, but you can't see anything, on any of the Audis. What could be so invisible but so serious to cause a salvage title?
I would call and ask what exactly the damage is. In case they got wet inside from exessive rain, I would stay away from them. No, I would run!

probably 2-3k to fix w/paintless dent repair, but the cars would be unsellable without disclosure and the ensuing "my paint sucks" sorts of complaints. Easier for audi (or the dealer) to get a quote for complete bodywork and respray, which could run into the 10's of thousands (if you had the right adjustor) and get the car "totalled", and make life for the dealer easier (not to mention they might have some special hail damage waiver)
The car is probably mechanically as sound as anything off the lot, with the risk of squeaks and rattles that wouldn't otherwise be there from a shop that does a crappy job of taking the interior panels off and on.
