German A3 drivers complain about this phenomenon ocurring. It happens on Dunlop 9090 and I think also on other Dunlop tires. Only happens on the front wheels and only on the inside. They put the Dunlops on many Audis as you know. First I've heard of it. They work fine
on our FWD Alfa 155. Had them on my RWD Milano too. Took them to the track even though they weren't track tires. No issues although not sports tires IMHO.
Perhaps it's more common on lowered cars? I know people have had to use camber plates to correct the geometry in some cases.
