Can an 80 pound dog (Lab) fit in the back comfortably without folding down the back seat?

my 78# Dobie fit fine -should be fine for short rides up to an hour

my 90# wiemaranier fits no prob
it just forces his stubern but to lay down so he dosnt get tosed around during sprited driving. my weim is taller than any lab i have ever seen
