Can I swap these parts on a high pressure fuel pump? (picture)
Hi all,
I'm replacing a broken HPFP on my 06 A3 8P. Unfortunately, it looks like the pump I ordered does not exactly match the one in my car. The main body appears to be the same, but there are two parts on the pumps that do not match up, which I've outlined in the picture in red and green. It does look they can be removed, but before I start torquing on anything, I want to know if this okay.
If I can swap these pieces, I'm wondering what tool I use to remove the green part? The bolt looks like a hex with a small protrusion in the middle (yellow arrow).
Sigh. Waited weeks to get this, kicking myself for not doing the proper research.

Oops, figured this part out on my own. Security torx. Got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah... Google is my friend, I know.
