Canadian models/Heated mirrors

Can anyone confirm if base models (non-sport or premium) have heated mirrors? I'm sure on the Audica website it lists them as standard...curious if this is correct

Actually, they're listed under the A3 "Feature and Specs" tab "Options and Packages".

Heated mirrors are part of the cold weather pkg in Canada.

On both the U.S. and Canadian sites

Under standard features it lists "Power outside mirrors with defog feature" Under optional equip. it says heated mirrors are part af the cold weather package. So there is a difference between defog and heated? What does defog do?
