Default Car in for service....

CEL....fault code " fuel level low" they can't clear it. Think it's tied to the replacement of the fuel pressure sensor 2 months ago. car continues to rough start. but I am burning less oil now after I passed 10K.
A blast from the past, O ring on the headlight leveler

Default ugg

I just had that less than two weeks ago (low fuel fault, replace the sensor)

They ripped out a bunch of the fuel system, including the tank trying to figure out the problem. After 10 days, they had it figured out, put all back together with a new sensor in place.

Don't tell me that it's going to reappear in a few months.

I, unlike you, did not have oil consumption problems.

How many miles do you have? I just hit 17500 today.

Default Oil seems OK..........

I was told the fault was due to my letting the tank run too empty. took a while and some effort to clear the code. I do let the tank sometimes go until I get the warning at 35 mi left. But, did it on the B6 and never had a problem. Oh well. Nice work today at HV!

The Tank light is there to "guide" you to fuel station, not dealer for "repair"..
