Default Cold start engine damage?

Can one careless cold start do noticable damage to my engine (rapid take off with two brief but quick accelerations up to 4.500 rev/min)?
Reason: I was in a hurry and had to enter a busy street where I live.
I use 0W30 fully syntetic oil and ambient temp is 10-15 degrees celcius. Normally I drive calmly until car is properly warmed up.

Not that I noticed any problems. Just a bit worried about this. Advise appriciated.

Not likely if it was just once, but do it often and you risk your turbo.
