Cold start misfire..newbie here!

Cold start misfire..newbie here!
Hi..My 2004 A3 2.0 Fsi has 105k km and misfires badly on a cold start for about 30 secs..I replaced all 4 coil packs..still does it.Agents say they cannot find the problem..BUT I found if I start the car and switch it off straight away and the RE-START it.. the problem is GONE!Just annoying me! Does anyone have any experience similar?
