Computer techies... Who is using the new Internet Explorer? Is it as nice as Firefox?

I think I was pwn3d. I updated and got IE7 today. And as everyone said, it blows. It's clunky. FF is way nicer.
problem is. my office email server, only works with IE. it's a Lotus iNotes program. Isn't recognized by FF.
So should I revert back to IE6. And use FF for my other stuff, which is what I was doing. I also have Flock, for photobucket purposes.
Would it be better to get rid of one of these browsers? I could use the extra space trust me!
1.5.0.8 is the version of FF i am using. is it the most current?

If by clunky you mean the tabs... I keep those turned off. I want more screen real estate. But to each his own.
