I can't believe that guy put Plasti-dip on his Audi 4 ring logo. He's going to be in for a surprise in a few months. Plasti-dip wears off eventually... and that's just with household hardware that it has been applied to. For anything outside and exposed to the elements, including sun (the worst of it), he'll find the coating peeling off before long. Oh well, live and learn.

you are correct, live and learn. and I've been practicing for a long time :-) I have already abandoned the PD idea, and found a seller making black ABS rings. I also finished a chromed plastic set w plastic primer, black spray gloss epoxy, and gloss poly. they look pretty damn good. If they dont hold up, I have myself another project :-)
Peace.
