Curing A3 dash rattles -EZ

If you hear rattling around the glovebox that's not the dreaded woodpecker fuel line, it's likely the glovebox latch. Nonadjustable, but easily shimmed with foam tape.
I heard rattles in various places every time I shut the driver's door, or hit patchy pavement- behind the instruments, behind the center vents, in the radio stack. Drove me nuts. Turns out to be the Open Sky wind deflector, just sounds like it's in the dash. There's a trough that the deflector frame folds into at the front of the panel. A tiny bit of padding here works wonders. Make sure there's still enough clearance.

Good observation btw. That and the stupid "stone caught in the brake grinding noise" issues both suck. Using the
"reverse-for-10-feet" method works well in the latter though.
