For your interest, have just had a good look at a 2001 1.8T sport at AFN in West London. Can confirm the wheels are no longer competition, but straight spoke (16) like the A2. New seat design very supportive. Cup holder, car had armrest - not sure if that is an option or standard.. Car had 2 din Symphony (CD and tape) and Bose. Very heavy base, needed to be trurned right down. Dash and materials all seemed of a very high quality. No Chrome inside as I had heard the sports night have. Externally differneces are hard to spot, apart from the lights. Only 2 weeks to go I am told...<p>Ed Owen
