Default service loaner and a warranty/repair loaner are different.

service loaners are always only covered by the dealer and up to them.

warranty/repair loaners are covered by Audi and not based on where you bought it from. Although it does not mean an Audi it means just a car as in any rental.

funny part if dealers do chose to have a loaner fleet that has audis in it.. They have to have a loaner for each type of owner.. meaning they have to have a q7, A6 and A8 loaner available.

Default They provided a loaner as long as I needed one.

Tucson Audi was very good about that, no hassle at all. Apologized for the delay but just could not get the part.

Good luck.

Default Program changed two years ago.

Audi provides special lease terms for Dealer loaner vehicles. This is the only reimbursement the Dealer gets. Trust me. The Dealership I work with has 120 loaner vehicles. Audi does not give them a dime in reimbursement.

Default i've been cruising in an A4 for the past week while my car is in....

for the 45k service and to have the fuel sending unit replaced.

the loaner was completely free. it just depends on the dealer.

Default That may be an option, the last dealer I worked for did not lease them from audi

We actually leased the loaners throgh an entirely seperate local company.

Also 120 loaners.. they are more then likely lying to you.. there is no reason to have that many loaners unless you really have a really really ****ty service department, think about it.. If they had 20 techs which is ALOT for an Audi dealer that would be 100 cars just sitting around.. plus the rest who don't even get loaners..

Average shop with say 10 bays sees about 50 cars a day. Of that probably 15, so 30% would be cash and not eligiable for a loaner anyway.
