Default Door Lock Changes via VAG at Audi Service

So I brought my A3 in to 5k srvice last week and asked them to set it up so that when I turn the ignition off, all the doors unlock. My A4 does this as had all previous A4's but the A3 does not.
So I asked them to do this, they spent about 45 mins on it and couldnt get it to work. They said that its a safety thing that only AoA can do remotely via their computers if I authorize them to do so and that its standard for them to behave the way they do. He said that they are locked out from doing it by the computer.

I asked about this before and someone here posted these settings:

Select module 46--the Comfort Controller
Channel 03
Should be = '1' for selective unlock
Change to '0' for full unlock.

I asked the dealer if this is what they tried and he said yes but they werent authorized.

Question is whether VAG overrides any role based privileges and will let you do whatever you want including the above.

Well the coding is different. They have changed it form the old style of long coding to hex bits and such. They should be able to still do it with AOA. There is a worksheet somewhere to build this code. They also shoud have a GFF to build the coding you want
