Drivetrain issue
Hello,
I went into the audi dealer to get a new front right tire sue to a bubble. I was told I would need new back ones as well to match as the two back tires are 5/32 and the front left is 8/32.
I plan on buying them within the next few weeks due to time constraints, however they told me it would damage my drive train if I continued driving due to the tread difference of back and front. My question is roughly how many miles could I go before it would actually damage/wear the drive train. Is this something more immediate or could it wait 2 weeks/500ish miles?
