The end of DSG/SMG style transmissions.
Ok not really but finally ZeroShift has their site up and a great flash demo on how the system works and its effects on shifting/acceleration. I can't wait to see it introduced to the motorsport scene.<ul><li><a href="http://www.zeroshift.com/">-->ZeroShifts Website<--</a></li></ul>

....sounds like DSG to me.....

looks like they are using a system of locks that jam dog teeth on gears
I dont know what the life expectancy of those locks is... but shifting under load could present wear issues.
Their system might be a lil bit better than DSG, however DSG is already in production cars and has been for years. Theirs might be a hair smoother on the acceleration curve, but is anybody going to really care that much about that small of a difference?
