The steering wheel is the same basic unit as the S3, it is fitted with the DSG/Tiptronic paddles and Multi-Function controls for the radio/nav, phone, etc. It has no badge, just a black cover for the lower leg of the steering wheel. Fitting the S3 badge requires one trim piece and the badge which we can supply together.

So there doesn't appear to be anything short of custom stitching to get that inside an A3

do you carry the s3 seats in their only color and if so what is the price?

Best bet is to actually look at Ebay.de for complete units from breaker yards in Europe. Occasionally we see full sets of seats cross our hands, but it's rare. Likely new in the $8k+ range unfortunately and in multiple pieces, not assembled. Audi doesn't list seats as complete units for purchase oddly enough.
