Front end rattle.

Front end rattle.
Good day to all,
My audi A3 has recently had an M.O.T passed with flying colours, but the Mechanic noted a rattle on front end.
The rattle is only noticeable at very low speeds.
He checked all joints and steering and said they all seemed ok but he did mention anti roll bar bushes.
Are anti roll bar bushes simple to fit without going to the garage and paying a mortgage?
