GadgeTT's (and Nuvi GPS mount) now available for the A3....>
Including the new Nuvi Ball GPS mount..
The TT guys have been using these for years (I'm an advertiser there)..

You'd have to do a Cradle mount...>
Here's an idea with a Tom Tom mount..
Lots of guys have done the vent mount style ith no issues (and on a TT they're closer together...I would expect no problem on an A3)

Looks good! How do you remove those air vent rings?
Any solutions for an A4/B6?Something that doesn't block vents, or needs permanent attachments to dashboard? Ideally, something that can use existing credit card tray as a basis, and easy to hide/remove.

The vents just pull out as an assembly...>>
They're just a friction fit..
No solutions other than the TT and A3..sorry!

They Cayman vents are recessed and oval though. Will they pull out like the A3 / TT vents?
Even if they do, being slightly recessed to the hole in the dash, I don't think the current design of the GadgeTT would work. I do agree however, if Steve can come up with something for the 986 / 987 crowd, they'll buy it for sure!
