So I just got my Samsung A900 phone with Bluetooth. I was sooo excited to use it with my car... but I ran into some problems...
1. If I enter my car with my phone on it doesn't sync right... sounds work through speakers, but controls say that the phone isn't connected properly. Now if I start my car then turn on my phone it connects fine.
2. If I call someone and I get voicemail it doesn't let me hang up. I have to hang up through the phone and then turn off the Nav.+.
3. After all of the above the Nav+ would keep getting this mysterious incoming call... it wouldn't let me answer or anything. I had to completely delete my profile on my phone then reset the Nav+ to default settings and restart the Bluetooth sync. process.
Has anyone else had this problem? My dealer said that someone else had the same issue and it was Phone compatibility issues... not sure if that's true.
Also... me being lazy.... is there a way to use Nav without having the radio or CD playing... I feel like a retard. I need to dig out my manual for the Nav+ (which is huge ) and figure it out.
I'm sure everything above is user error on my part.
Thank you in advance.

The CD is still spinning and the laser is still reading its surface. True, the laser head is not moving, but the point is that the inability to pause, while irritating, is not wearing out the mechanism in any measurable way.

I had this problem with my Motorola V710 (Verizon) once, but at the time I had backdated firmware.
Here is the list of supported phones with firmware versions:<ul><li><a href="http://www.audiusa.com/common/images/bluetooth.pdf">Bluetooth cell phone compatibility PDF</a></li></ul>
