Default buy a euro plate holder..........or

take it to a good body shop, have them repair the holes, then paint the thing to match your car.

Default New ones are selling for ~$50 on ebay

But, I would ask to trade with one undrilled at the dealer. Shouldn't be a problem if they're going to drill holes anywhere.

Default You're right...Ohio is lame.

I'm sure you can just plug those holes with some sort of compound and maybe a bit of touch-up paint for good measure.

Default You made me wonder about your nasty holes... but my dealer told me that he had a guy that freaked..

and demanded that the dealer replace the front plate holder.. that he did not authorize the drilling of holes in his car - they did replace it. He asked me if I wanted the plate put on the front, which is a CT law as well, but I don't have it, but I have to keep a plate in the car and throw it in the front window if I get a closer look by a cop.
I guess it would be the same reaction to the dealer emblems and other things that the dealer might think that you want or should have... you paid for a perfect car, including this part... I'd take it to them and push your holes in their faces... nicely though, see where it gets you... thats my two cents
