"Junkie", is a personal friend, I did read that post,............
but it's my dgt's Jetta, just outside the VW certified warranty. I'll hit the dealer on tues. or the NAPA store. The reservior is clearly marked "G12". thats how I'll roll.

If it's out of warranty, would you consider doing a coolant flush?
I'm assuming you're just topping off right now.
It's really not hard at all . . . . I could probably get you the procedure for how to do it. Going to do one on my friend's GTI sometime soon.

I'd love to do that......but really wouldn't know where to start.
I was going to top off, then have a local guy flush it in the spring. I dont think she has a leak.
