CHP gave me a ticket for 78 in 65. He used Laser as he said and my radar detector indicated. After he gave me the ticket to sign. I asked if I can see the laser gun. He refused. First cop to ever refuse in my experience. Any ideas if I can use that in court to dismiss the case. My thinking is why did he refuse. Anyone have experience with a ticket like this?
