I swear my A3 is a tad bit quicker after the flash. The brakes and shifting crisper too.

Well the tires definitely play a big role in it. I had the brake flush and DSG fluid swap too though
The shifting just feels crisper and seems to have a better response.

Well...there are a LOT of variables here that led to improved performance so I wouldn't really attribute to the IS3 flash. However, those tires getting a better grip and the shifting after the fluid swap being smoother (and a smidgen quicker on the shifts) may be factoring in, along with a host of other things mental too!
