....but I didn't get it as an option on my a3. I have 2.0T, 6MT, Sport, OpenSky. I've read several places about how to do this if I had Nav+, but I don't (and don't want Nav+).

What are my options at this point?

if you have the multifunction steering wheel. Voice control via steering wheel and phonebook via DIS, expect to pay about $800 for the whole package though. Less expensive are aftermarket systems but then you have to integrate their buttons and microphone somehow.
