Default Airbag controllers are very smart. They won't fire the airbags in situations that
airbag deployment isn't warrented--no sudden stop, no airbags going off

Default The "buy it now" price seems way too high.
It will cost at least that much to repair the car. I took an above the bumper hit to my TT (w/no rear-end damage) and the repair bill was $12,000+.
