Idle belt noise?

Idle belt noise?
Hi, I have an Audi A3 2006 Quattro 2.0 TDI, and I’ve had a slipping belt sound from the idle/ac/steering belt, the belt was pretty loose so I’ve changed the pulley that auto stretch the belt and the belt because it had signs of wear. The sound is gone at normal idle and while driving at around 2k rpm, but on low rpm on any gear it starts again with the whining belt sound, so I tried to put the AC in econ mode and the noise comes a lot less or not at all if the ac is off. The AC is working fine tho and has no weird or not normal sound while standing still and if I put it on full thrust it works spotlessly, and on high rpm it doesn’t change either, so I don’t think it’s the AC but that when the belt get too much work from all 3 components that it starts slipping due to vibration or something I’m unsure. Does anyone know what it might be? And have to add that the pulley I’ve got had slightly smaller head so I had to get a 6PK1045 belt instead of 6PK1055 that I got with the part because it was too loose.
