Default Instrument cluster Display screen
The Display screen in the middle of the instrument cluster has started to loose some of the little dots that make up red symbols, horizontal lines and characters. At the moment when the car is started from cold and the temperature is cool, the display looks ok. However after a few minutes it starts to fade from the edges.
Has anyone seen this fault and knows the fix please.

Default pretty common on S4's and a6's.... only fix is a full cluster replacement, most are covered under
warrinty though.
