Hi all. New guy here.

Currently driving a 2004 G35 Coupe (MT), and after moving from North to South California back and forth, I've realized that I need a car that has more space in the trunk.

I think I'm going to go with a smaller car now and thus I think the A3 might be a good candidate. Again, the big thing I'm concerned about is trunk space on the A3 (with rear seats folded down).

I did some research from Cars.com and the interior capacity w/ the seats folded down was 54.6 cu.ft for the Audi. The G35's stats for that same measurement was unavailable. (The basic cargo measurements were there for both cars, but the G35 is naturally going to be smaller due to it's unorthodox trunk entry.) Again, I'm more interested in the cargo space with the rear seats folded down.

Anyone have any experience with the Infiniti vs. the Audi?

Not so much direct experience with the two of them, but direct eperience with the A3. The rear on the A3 is, frankly, massive. I've moved three offices worth of computers and printers in 1 A3 load. Hope that helps!
